Collect, qualify and close without leaving Salesforce.

Your forms run inside your own org, so every submission arrives as records your team can already work. No connector, no sync job, no feed that stops at 2am.

One submit, five related records. A form tool hands you one row and leaves the rest to you.

Try it before you buy it

Do not take our word for it. Ask it something.

This is the same assistant your visitors get. Ask it what it can do, or make it build you a form right now.

CODEN Voice

Record thirty seconds.
That becomes the voice that answers everyone.

Speak a short sample in Setup and CODEN clones it. From then on your visitors hear your voice, on every form, at three in the morning, in a conversation you never had to have.

What happens the moment someone submits

One submission. The whole deal, already related.

Most form tools hand you a row and a webhook, then leave the hard part to you. Yours creates the records, links them together, and removes the thing that breaks.

Every record above is created in your org, correctly related, in the same transaction as the submit. There is no connector in between, so there is nothing to reconnect when a password rotates or an API version changes.

What it does for you

It does the work your team keeps doing by hand.

Captures leads around the clock

Someone lands at midnight, gets answered, and is a qualified record before you wake up.

Takes registrations and money

Sign-ups, memberships and events, with the card payment captured against the record.

Runs your applications end to end

Applicants apply, reviewers score them, decisions get made, all in the same place.

Answers questions while they fill

The people who abandon forms are usually the ones who got stuck on a question.

Brings people back to finish

Long applications keep their place, and returning visitors are verified before they see anything.

Hands off with the full story

When it reaches a human, the record already holds everything the visitor said.

From install to live

Six steps. No developer required.

STEP 01

Install the package

One managed package into your org. Sandbox first if you prefer.

STEP 02

Build your form

Drag fields and set logic, or describe it and let the assistant draft it.

STEP 03

Map to your objects

Point each answer at the field it belongs in, across as many objects as you need.

STEP 04

Publish anywhere

A hosted page, an embed on your site, or inside your community.

STEP 05

Turn on the assistant

Let visitors talk instead of typing, in text or voice.

STEP 06

Work the records

Submissions arrive as records your team already knows how to handle.

If your form lives outside Salesforce

Something has to carry it in. That is the part that breaks.

The connector quietly stopped

There is no connector. The submit writes the record directly, in your org, in the same transaction. Nothing sits between the visitor and the data.

Duplicates every time someone resubmits

Match on the fields you choose and update the existing record instead of creating a second one.

The data arrives in the wrong shape

Answers map field by field to real Salesforce fields, so validation, picklists and required rules apply on the way in.

Nobody can tell where a submission went

Every submission is a record with its own history, owner and related records. Report on it like everything else.

Paying per user just to collect a form

Pricing is per org, not per seat. Everyone who needs to see submissions can.

Pricing

One price for your whole org.

Unlimited users and unlimited forms on every plan. You are metered on what you actually use: submissions, voice and AI.

Questions

The things people ask first.

Do I need Salesforce to use this?

Yes. It installs into your Salesforce org, which is exactly what lets submissions become records with no integration in between.

How long does setup take?

Install and a first working form is a short session, not a project. Mapping to your own objects takes as long as deciding where each answer belongs.

Do my visitors need to log in?

No. Forms can be published publicly for anonymous visitors, or kept internal to signed-in users only.

Where does the data live?

In your Salesforce org, under your existing security model. There is no separate database holding your submissions.

What counts as a submission?

One completed form. Drafts and abandoned conversations do not count against your monthly total.

Can I move the forms I already have?

Yes. Rebuild them natively and point the fields at your objects. Most teams start with their highest-value form and move the rest once it is live.
